Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee/Advanced Nurse Practitioner. This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop your clinical expertise and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced and expert-level care to service users, including non-medical prescribing.
  • Support the clinical and operational team to deliver service improvements in quality of care and safety.
  • Contribute to the development of nurse-led clinics and provide assessment, formulation, and brief interventions of care.
  • Lead on practice and service developments, and demonstrate clinical and practice expertise through interventions, supervision, and modeling good practice.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with experience of working with clients with complex needs, advanced clinical practice skills, and management of service users with complex needs. The ideal candidate will also have experience of leading/supporting complex RCA investigations, communication skills, and change management.
