Research Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our dynamic team at KBS Corporate. As a Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and contacting potential buyers who may be interested in purchasing our client's businesses.

Using our bespoke, state-of-the-art system, you will scour industry-specific data, financial information, and geographical indicators to fulfill our clients' approved research strategy. Your ability to think creatively and outside the box will be essential in finding less obvious potential buyers and successfully communicating the acquisitions' advantages.

You will build lasting relationships with key decision makers in major organizations across the UK and potentially around the world. Our team will provide you with full, ongoing training, and you will earn commission as deals complete with your buyers.

We are looking for bright, intelligent individuals with a curious mind and genuine interest in Research & Analysis and Relationship-building within the SME and Mid-market Corporate Finance industry. You will be self-motivated, highly organized, process-driven, and used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research into potential buyers
  • Carry out research strategies
  • Identify key contacts within these businesses
  • Independent research and outreach amongst our network of known contacts
  • Liaise with buyers to understand what kind of businesses they are looking to acquire and match them with our clients
  • Liaise with clients to gain approval on NDA (non-disclosure agreements) signed by potential purchasers
