Business Analyst - HR Data Transformation

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to take on a new challenge in HR Data Transformation? We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst position to join our team at Amtis - Digital, Technology, Transformation.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our high-profile transformation programme. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting payroll business or technical data requirements. You will work closely with product owners, technical specialists, and data experts to deliver a successful HR Data Transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse payroll business or technical data requirements
  • Document data requirements and migration plans
  • Work closely with product owners, technical specialists, and data experts
  • Contribute to a major Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme
