About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neonatal Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Network Lead Allied Health Professional. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of newborn infants across London.

As a Network Lead, you will play a crucial role in implementing the recommendations of the National Neonatal Critical Care Review and the NHS Long Term Plan. Your primary focus will be to enhance access to specialized occupational therapy services within neonatal units throughout the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure standardized care across neonatal units.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive education and training programs for existing Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) within the network.
  • Establish clinical supervision groups to foster professional development and best practice sharing among AHPs.
  • Maintain a high level of clinical expertise in neonatal occupational therapy.
