About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Work With Vista, supporting young people in our Supported Accommodation in Wirral. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and helping the young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of young people
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must be on DBS update or willing to have checks done
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent
  • Experience working with children/young people in a Residential Childcare setting for at least 2 years
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity for a minimum of 6 months (preferred but not essential)
