Trainee Parts Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Parts Sales Advisor. As a Trainee Parts Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our parts department, learning the ins and outs of our products and services, and developing your skills in customer service, parts identification, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them in identifying and locating the correct parts for their equipment.
- Learn to accurately identify parts required for construction and agricultural machinery, using parts catalogues, schematics, and computer systems.
- Support the parts team in managing inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, processing of orders, and ensuring prompt delivery of parts to customers.
- Engage in ongoing training programs to continuously expand your knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements:
- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to use your own initiative and work well as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A basic understanding of construction or agricultural machinery is beneficial.
