About the Role:

Civils Foreman / Forewoman is a key position within our client team in the Southwest, responsible for overseeing various civils projects. As a seasoned professional, you will be working closely with the Site Team to ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control short and medium-term programmes to ensure timely and economical completion.
• Liaise with the Construction Manager and delivery teams regarding construction activities.
• Ensure accurate records are maintained of site activities, resources, and material compliance.
• Carry out earthworks, concrete works, and drainage works.

Requirements:

• HNC (construction related) or NVQ level 2.
• Demonstrable knowledge and practical application of site construction activities, management of staff, operatives, and sub-contractors within regulated sectors.
• CSCS card - experienced Supervisor or Manager and SMSTS.
• Previous Civils and Environmental Experience including Earthworks, Concrete works, and drainage works.
