About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Ophthalmology Unit at Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients with a wide range of eye conditions across various settings, including Eye Day Care Unit, Theatres, Specialist Intravitreal department, Eye Outpatient Department, and Casualty service.
Your Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with acute eye symptoms, providing prompt and effective care.
- Support patients with long-term chronic eye conditions, ensuring their well-being and adherence to treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and communication.
