Warehouse Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Siamo Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and loading/unloading trailers with a high standard of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing to a high standard of accuracy
  • Loading and unloading of trailers
  • Reporting any errors, damages, or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties
  • Accurate input of data into Company computer systems and manual records
  • Achieving targets (KPIs) and job standards
  • Maintaining high standards of site housekeeping
  • Supporting colleagues and team leaders with all day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write basic English
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Able to work under pressure, to targets, and deadlines
  • Numerical and focused on accuracy
  • Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting
  • Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Previous LLOP or PPT experience needed
  • Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement
