About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Architect to join our team at NCC Group. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure it meets the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions to support our business applications and services.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with vendors and partners to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting and automation skills, including experience with tools like Ansible or PowerShell.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
