Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Specialist Teacher to join our dedicated team at Career Teachers. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in an Early Years setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons that align with each child's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Early Years Framework to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.

Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent international teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with SEND students in either mainstream or specialized educational settings is preferred, though Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
