Warehouse First Line Manager (Mornings) FTC

We are currently expanding at our ASOS site in Barnsley and are looking for Warehouse First Line Managers to support the site during peak season.

This role involves working Friday to Monday days on the morning shift, managing the allocation of work on a daily basis, and controlling headcount and overtime budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we're always meeting or exceeding our SLAs.
  • Manage the warehouse operations, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in managing a team in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process.
  • Confidence in the use of a warehouse management system.
