Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician with a strong background in EV charging installation to join our team. As an Electrician - EV Charging Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing EV charging points in domestic and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install EV charging points in domestic and commercial settings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair existing installed EV charging points, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and testing on EV charging circuits, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Operate within a 60-minute radius of your location, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Utilize company-provided van, fuel card, paid travel, laptop/tablet, and other benefits to enhance your work experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician (ECS Gold Card preferred) with a strong background in electrical installation and EV charging.
  • NVQ level 3 in an electrical installation discipline, with 18th edition and AM2 certifications.
  • Experience installing EV chargers, with a strong understanding of EV charging systems and technologies.
  • Located in or commutable to the Reading to West London area, with a full UK driving license.
