About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dental Nurse to join our dedicated team within the Outpatient Department at The Countess of Chester Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to provide chair-side assistance to dental professionals specializing in Orthodontics and Maxillofacial Dentistry.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive chair-side support to dental staff during orthodontic and maxillofacial procedures.
- Assist with local anesthetic cases in our operating theatres.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to the smooth administrative functioning of the clinic.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and adhere to the Trust's behavioral standards, ensuring safe, compassionate, and effective care for all patients.
About You
You will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a genuine interest in working within a specialized dental environment. Your experience in Orthodontics and Oral Surgery, coupled with your ability to work effectively as part of a team, will be highly valued.
Essential Requirements
- GDC Registration
- NEBDN/NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- 2 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in Orthodontics
- Experience in Oral Surgery
