Position Overview

As a Senior Cocktail Waiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing opening and closing tasks, including preparing necessary supplies and cleaning all equipment and areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, including the bar and tables, in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Adhering to all company policies and safety protocols, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
  • Upholding a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcoming and acknowledging all guests, anticipating their needs, and providing exceptional service.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and navigate various surfaces. You will also be expected to perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
