Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team at Agilent. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.

• Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, and other Product Owners
• Ensure successful product delivery through crisp priorities, regular backlog grooming, and clear communications
• Understand and evangelize the proper implementation of software features to enable our customers to comply with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product requirements and communicate development risks
• Meet with customers to understand requirements and translate them into clear defined tasks for the software team
• Maintain subject matter expertise with a deep understanding of the technical details within your focus area
• Act as a user proxy with an intimate knowledge of related user workflows and needs
• Be a shepherd for developer progress and an oracle for developer questions and concerns

• University degree in a software or science field (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Maths…)
• Experience interfacing with a software development team, ideally in an equivalent role (product owner/manager, technical support…)
• Knowledge of/experience in detection & security industry would be an asset
• Previous experience with user-interface design and/or Agile/Scrum methodology would be a plus
• Full proficiency in English
• Eligibility to undergo and maintain appropriate Security Clearance
