Job Overview
Position Title: Leisure Assistant (Wet)
Employment Type: Permanent
Weekly Commitment: 30 hours
Compensation: £16, - £17, annually
Salary placement will typically be at the initial point of the scale.
Role Objective: To provide frontline services in leisure facilities.
Essential Qualifications:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- ASA/UKCC Level 1 Coaching Swimming
- First Aid Certification or willingness to complete First Aid training
- NPLQ or readiness to undergo training and achieve qualification
- HND or REPS in Health & Fitness
- NGB/SVQ or equivalent Coaching Qualification or readiness to pursue training and gain accreditation
