Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team as a Site Operations Specialist. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic movement on our sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians on site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Monitor and control access to the site, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and site staff, providing clear instructions and guidance.

Requirements

  • Valid NPORS Traffic Marshall certification and DBS clearance.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and safety awareness.
