**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the sales progression process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all parties
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for each sale, including administrative tasks and correspondence
* Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to ensure smooth transaction progression

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in sales progression or a related field
* Excellent IT skills, including intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
