Rémunération : Salaire de base : £63,050 par an à environ £78,800 par an selon les compétences et l'expérience. En tant que Lead Engineering Project Specialist chez HS2, vous serez responsable de l'exécution des tâches techniques légales et contractuelles liées à l'ingénierie de projet au sein de l'Équipe de Projet Intégrée (IPT), en dirigeant l'assurance basée sur les risques de la conception et de la construction des actifs, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient conformes aux exigences techniques, normes et politiques de HS2, de manière efficace en termes de temps et de coûts.

À propos du rôle :

  • Diriger l'assurance technique basée sur les risques au sein de l'IPT, conformément aux exigences d'assurance de HS2, à travers des examens techniques, des vérifications et la soumission de preuves d'assurance pour les étapes techniques;
  • Assurer que la conception et la construction des actifs respectent les exigences techniques et celles du sponsor ainsi que les normes, spécifications et procédures applicables en soutenant les examens d'assurance technique planifiés et les "vérifications ponctuelles" des livrables des entrepreneurs;
  • Exercer les fonctions de Superviseur NEC3 et de Représentant Principal Designer (Règlement CDM 2015) selon les directives du Responsable de l'Ingénierie et de l'Environnement;
  • Soutenir le Responsable de l'Ingénierie et de l'Environnement dans les rapports internes et externes ainsi que dans l'identification et l'atténuation des risques liés aux questions d'ingénierie;
  • Représenter le Responsable de l'Ingénierie et de l'Environnement sur demande dans les affaires relatives au Principal Designer CDM, au Superviseur NEC3 ou à toute autre tâche technique;
  • Gérer et communiquer les exigences d'ingénierie de HS2 au contractant de l'IPT;
  • Fournir des conseils sur les solutions de conception pour l'actif, en promouvant l'utilisation des meilleures pratiques et des techniques, technologies et processus d'ingénierie innovants, en favorisant la cohérence et en identifiant les opportunités d'efficacité au sein de l'IPT;
  • Collaborer avec les Responsables Commerciaux et les Clients de Projet pour déterminer l'impact des tendances, des progrès et des changements en ce qui concerne les coûts et les délais;
  • Travailler aux côtés d'autres spécialistes techniques, ingénieurs et environnementalistes pour identifier et développer des stratégies et solutions d'atténuation appropriées et équilibrées en termes de coûts, contribuant à une intégration réussie des systèmes entre la station, les systèmes ferroviaires et d'autres contrats de livraison;
  • Assurer la coordination technique et l'intégration des contrats d'approvisionnement avec d'autres contrats voisins, contrats de station, contrats de systèmes ferroviaires et autres;
  • Être l'ingénieur de discipline dans les domaines techniques pour lesquels il possède la compétence technique reconnue;
  • Promouvoir activement et intégrer l'Égalité, la Diversité et l'Inclusion (EDI) dans tout votre travail et soutenir et respecter toutes les initiatives, politiques et procédures organisationnelles en matière d'EDI.

  • Prise de décision - Capable de rassembler et de synthétiser des informations, d'identifier des options et d'appliquer un jugement solide basé sur la logique et le raisonnement.
  • Leadership technique - Soutien technique spécialisé et leadership sur la plupart des principes scientifiques, techniques et d'ingénierie spécifiques à la discipline.
  • Communication technique - Capable de communiquer des idées techniques spécifiques à la discipline à des collègues.
  • Capable d'appliquer des principes et des méthodes qui garantissent une gestion efficace de l'information, de la modélisation et de la sécurité des données.

Connaissances :

  • Réglementations de construction applicables au Royaume-Uni, y compris les exigences CDM.
  • Compréhension du cadre réglementaire/législatif pertinent pour HS2.
  • Connaissance commerciale, y compris la compréhension de la livraison des coûts, des objectifs de calendrier et de la nécessité de fournir une solution intégrée.
  • Ingénieur agréé/membre d'une institution professionnelle appropriée ou expérience équivalente.

Expérience :

  • Expérience dans la gestion des normes d'ingénierie et de sécurité multidisciplinaires sur de grands projets complexes.
  • Expérience dans la gestion des demandes concurrentes de projets et d'ingénierie avec des implications en termes de coûts et de délais.
