About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider business and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and vetting requirements to ensure compliance with our safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Prepare letters and contracts accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to required approval processes and protocols.
  • Support the HR Business Partners with absence management policy and process, highlighting any anomalies or trends.
Requirements
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is essential.
  • Self-motivated with confident people skills, excellent telephone manner, and exceptional literacy skills.
  • Confident skills with intermediate Word and Excel on a PC and experience managing information on a database.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Experience of HR systems would be preferred, and experience of MHR i-Trent would be highly desirable.
