This is an exciting opportunity to take your hospitality career to the next level and lead a dynamic Bar Team at Bricklayers, part of Surya Hotels. As a key member of the management team, you will work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Food and Beverage Team, with a leadership role being advantageous
  • A thirst to drive and improve standards across all areas of our food and beverage operations, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences
  • The ability to lead, inspire, and train a team, maintaining high standards while being fair and consistent
