Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Randstad Perm Professionals. The successful candidate will support the finance team with transactional finance mainly within accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices within tight deadlines and ensure timely payments.
- Resolve queries and requests from suppliers, contractors, and other business departments.
- Receive and record the receipt of invoices, and process payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process payment runs and reconcile business accounts to ensure amounts paid reflect goods and services received.
- Answer queries from suppliers, contractors, and other business departments about accounts payable or payments made.
- Take full end-to-end purchase ledger responsibility.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous Accounts Payable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
