Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning duties as designated by management, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Ensure each guest's room is thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard, respecting their property and personal belongings.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve a high level of service and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items, such as cribs, cots, or extra towels.
  • Bring any incidents or issues affecting guests or colleagues to the attention of senior staff.
  • Support other areas of the hotel as required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
