**Job Summary**

Emmaus Oxford Ltd is seeking a skilled Digital Coach to deliver the Essential Digital Skills (EDS) Level 1 Qualification to our companions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals to develop digital and life skills, enabling them to achieve their full potential and move on from our community when ready.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver the EDS Level 1 Qualification to companions in a supportive and inclusive manner
  • Record lessons learned and provide recommendations for the roll-out of further digital skills qualifications and courses
  • Support companions to develop digital and life skills, including basic computer skills, online safety, and digital literacy
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the successful delivery of the pilot project

**Requirements**

  • Experience of delivering digital training and supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and a passion for supporting others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
