Cornwallis Elt is seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Analyst to join our Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing third-party risks and vendor relationships.

About the Role:

This is a newly established function within our business, focusing on the design and implementation of end-to-end Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks. You will attend service reviews, ensuring effective governance of TPRM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legislation and regulation surrounding TPRM in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement due diligence processes for third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate and escalate risks associated with third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, procurement, risk, and finance, to ensure effective TPRM.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and vendor management processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Third Party Risk Analyst in a procurement team within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of TPRM legislation and regulation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
