We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at Sue Ryder in Jedburgh. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional customer service to our donors and customers.
As a member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of volunteers, managing stock processes, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and housekeeping. You will also be expected to work closely with the local community to generate donated stock and promote the Sue Ryder brand.
