- ARLA qualification and a strong understanding of the Lettings industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and growing market share.
- A highly competitive salary, with a basic salary of £29,800 and a commission package geared to performance.
- A car allowance or the option of a company car.
