Clean Energy Infrastructure Manager

Nuveen, the investment management arm of TIAA, is seeking a highly skilled Clean Energy Infrastructure Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Clean Energy Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supporting the origination, analysis, and execution of clean energy investments across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the origination and execution of clean energy investments, including transaction origination, due diligence, and deal execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with renewable project developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the clean energy sector.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions, including cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, and valuation.
- Support the development of investment proposals and presentations for the investment committee.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new investment opportunities in the clean energy sector.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in clean energy investment, corporate finance, or project finance.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent English required, with additional European languages preferred.
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
