Key Responsibilities:
1. **Administration Tasks:**
- Preparing necessary documents and files for court sessions, hearings, and meetings.
- Producing official court and tribunal documents.
- Conducting general photocopying and filing duties.
- Updating and maintaining records in the internal computer system.
- Managing post opening and dispatch.
- Organizing meeting rooms and supporting training sessions and group activities.
- Preparing meeting agendas, instructions, and handouts.

2. **Drafting Duties:**
- Composing standard letters, minutes, notes, reports, and submissions according to established guidelines.

3. **Operational Support:**
- Clerking for civil and family courts, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.
- Assisting court users and managing schedules and files.
- Communicating with relevant parties and serving court documents.
