Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team at Lovat's Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial properties' boilers and central heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintain commercial boilers and central heating systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform general gas and plumbing work as required, including repairs and installations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining good communication and being friendly and approachable.
  • Work closely with our service desk to maintain a customer-centric focus.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate, up-to-date CAFM system and client asset database.
Requirements:
  • Five years minimum experience in the heating industry as a qualified engineer is desirable but not essential.
  • Hold a valid ACS gas qualification, including boilers, water heaters, fires, cookers, and gas analysis.
  • NVQ level 3 in plumbing and heating would be desirable.
  • Water regulations qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Current unvented hot water system qualification would be desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
