Marketing Director - Innovative Food Company

Our client is a dynamic and ambitious food-driven business delivering high-quality, nutritious, and innovative food with a twist of fun.

This is a commercially-driven Marketing role; managing the end-to-end enablement of sales growth via innovative marketing campaigns and techniques, targeting B2B and B2C audiences.

You'll also be custodian of the ESG agenda and ensure the commitment to sustainable food sourcing and delivery runs through everything the business does.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and promote the company's brand and UVP which is based on quality, innovation, nutrition, and service
  • Develop and deliver engaging digital and traditional marketing campaigns and activity to drive like-for-like sales
  • Foster customer engagement via strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
  • Provide commercial leadership as part of the senior management team

A well-rounded, senior, and commercially-astute Marketing generalist, you'll be excited by the opportunity to shape and lead the marketing strategy for this entrepreneurial scale-up business.

Ideally with some experience in food retail, hospitality, or services

This is an agile, entrepreneurial environment

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be eligible to work in the UK and have local UK market experience.
