Service Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and successful Service Team Manager to lead a small team within the service department on a daily basis, reporting in to the Aftersales Manager.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing, coaching and motivating employees to ensure a high quality of staff.
    • Controlling cost management for the department
    • Compiling and maintaining a resource plan for the workshop and load optimisation.
    • Together with the Aftersales Manager, monitoring performance against agreed targets.
    • Performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.
    • Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
    • Ideally be an experienced and well established Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Reception Manager who is successful in their current position.
    • You will need to be a 'leader' of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer group.
