**Job Summary**
Luton Bennett is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health and safety within our construction, drainage, and fuelling sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct on-site and office-based audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Develop and implement health and safety training programs for employees
* Oversee the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is properly maintained
* Travel to various sites, approximately once a week, to monitor health and safety practices
**Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager or Officer
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including LOLER
* NEBOSH certification (or equivalent) is required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
