Job Summary

Oaklands Global Aviation Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking a skilled Ramp Agent to join our client's team at a reputable International FBO client based in the South of England. As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aircraft Safety and Security
    • Ensure aircraft are safe on arrival by chocking and powering them prior to passenger disembarkation.
    • Conduct regular safety checks to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Aircraft Servicing
    • Provide water servicing, GPU, and other services required for aircraft operation.
    • Ensure all ground equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
  • Ground Handling
    • Move ground equipment, such as steps, to and from aircraft for passenger embarkation and disembarkation.
    • Ensure safe off-loading and delivery of passenger baggage to arrivals areas.
    • Load passenger baggage safely and efficiently.
  • Aircraft Preparation
    • Make aircraft ready for departure by closing holds, checking doors and exterior, and disconnecting FEGP.
    • Conduct pre-departure checks to ensure aircraft are airworthy.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

  • Qualifications
    • A valid UK driver's license.
    • The right to work and live in the UK.
