About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial schemes team with a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chase no claims bonuses and ensure accurate records are kept up to date.
  • Assist in handling and directing incoming calls and emails to ensure timely responses.
  • Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Follow up on outstanding requirements from client questions and ensure they are actioned by an appropriate team member.
  • Manage the daily post and distribute it to the correct people within the business.
  • Perform ad hoc work as and when requested.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in an administration position.
  • A school/college/university leaver looking to start a career in insurance.
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
