Assistant Contracting Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Contracting Manager to join our client's team in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in contracts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Contracting Manager in the delivery of projects, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and reports.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a construction management or site management capacity within a contractor environment.
  • Strong understanding of contracts management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
