Position Title: Cleaner

Compensation: £12-£13 per hour

Work Location: Plymouth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
  • Sanitize restrooms, ensuring thorough maintenance of toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash bins and replacing liners according to established protocols.
  • Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Comply with health and safety standards, utilizing cleaning products and equipment as per safety regulations.
  • Notify the Site Supervisor or relevant personnel of maintenance or repair needs, assisting with minor repairs when necessary.
  • Collaborate with school staff to promptly address specific cleaning requests or concerns.

Qualifications for a Cleaner:

  • Must reside in the UK
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Prior experience in a cleaning role is advantageous
  • Proficient in executing cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with cleaning methods, tools, and chemicals
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
