Position Overview: Senior Test & Development Engineer

This role presents an excellent opportunity to be a key player in our Product Delivery team, significantly influencing the future of the Cellular Origins' Constellation system. Collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and scientists, you will be pivotal in realizing our vision through meticulous development and comprehensive testing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guide the development towards a dependable and resilient system by creating tailored test environments and conducting hands-on testing and experimental work on the product.
  • Engage in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical devices and their components, preparing for subsequent manufacturing phases.
  • Conduct reliability testing to ensure that the Constellation system endures the demands of real-world applications, thereby enhancing the durability and longevity of our technology.
  • Play a coordinating role in the manufacturing processes, ensuring that the quality of the systems consistently meets the standards set during development.

As part of our rapidly expanding startup, you will have the opportunity to contribute beyond your daily tasks. By collaborating across various teams, you will play a crucial role in advancing our technology.

Candidate Profile:

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field with relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in testing and troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, ideally within a product development or manufacturing context.
  • Strong grasp of reliability testing methodologies, with the capability to design and implement test plans to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Excellent technical analysis and documentation skills, including the creation of Test Specifications, Test Protocols, and Test Reports.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively in interdisciplinary teams and fast-paced settings.
  • Familiarity with software tools for developing test scripts and processing log files and database content.
  • Experience in an Agile environment is a plus but not mandatory.
