Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are available for flexible teaching opportunities, whether on a daily basis or for extended periods.

About the School: The institution is a well-established two-form entry primary school that is looking for a committed educator to start immediately. The position may evolve into a permanent role based on performance and fit.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate must possess experience with SATS and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure students achieve their academic goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required; however, Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are also encouraged to apply.
  • A proven ability to inspire and engage students, staff, and parents.
  • Capability to foster an environment that promotes positive attitudes, independence, and innovative teaching methods.
  • We collaborate with over 90 primary schools across the region annually, placing an average of 250 educators in schools each week. Many of these institutions exclusively partner with Aspire People.
