Quality and Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Governance Specialist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will provide proactive and responsive support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, ensuring the highest standards of governance and quality across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on governance and compliance matters to the CEO and Senior Management Team.
  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure the organization's strategic objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's reputation and integrity are maintained.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in governance and compliance roles, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
