Falcon Green, a leading principal contractor, is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead a significant data centre project in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable and award-winning contractor, driving growth and expansion in the data centre sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and timelines, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, owners, and directors of supply chain organisations and suppliers.
- Establish and maintain regular project team meetings, focusing on risk assessment and management, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Oversee the effective management of supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of awareness and prevention among team members and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project lead, delivering projects valued in excess of £80m.
- Strong background in construction, with experience in the data centre sector.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
