About The Position
Objective of the Role Addressing inquiries and issues promptly, whether they are submitted via phone, email, or a service management system. Key Responsibilities Provide courteous and professional assistance to end users through calls, emails, or ticket submissions, resolving issues immediately when feasible and efficiently directing complex matters to the appropriate personnel. Oversee user management at the desktop level, adhering to security protocols. Coordinate with external vendors to schedule on-site interventions as necessary. Configure hardware setups for new employees. Ensure that desktop operating systems and essential applications are maintained according to established guidelines. Assist with projects and collaborate with other departments as needed. Aid in the resolution of technical faults and security risks as required. Occasional travel may be necessary to support remote teams. Manage ticketing systems to ensure timely completion of tasks and proper prioritization. Support telecommunication systems, including the creation of new user phone numbers and modifications to existing ones. Adhere to established processes and protocols, including change management and incident tracking. Maintain accurate records and update relevant documentation or checklists as necessary.About You
Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively assist individuals at all levels and explain technical information to non-technical audiences. Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently. Willingness to provide support outside of standard business hours as needed. Working Schedule 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch). Shifts are organized to ensure operational coverage from early morning to late afternoon.About Paragon Banking Group PLC
