About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Valetor to join our team at JCT600 in Chesterfield. As a Sales Valetor, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer vehicles are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards, ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standard of care and presentation of all vehicles displayed, sold, and serviced.
- Valet customer and Company vehicles in line with Company and Brand standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct initial inspections of vehicles delivered to site, identifying any damage or defects and reporting them to management.
Requirements:
- A customer-centric approach, striving to deliver service above expectations.
- Previous experience in vehicle valeting or detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- A flexible and dynamic approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Honest, reliable, and friendly, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A driving license free from excessive penalties.
