Finance Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts for external divisions and ensure timely submission.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to monitor trends, set budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead a team of 3 accountants and provide guidance on financial matters.
  • Manage cash flow and funding to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Coordinate the month-end process and ensure the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Work closely with the management team to set pricing strategies and adapt current pricing models.
  • Contribute to system improvements within the finance team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective financial controls.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) with a strong understanding of management accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and motivational skills to lead a team.
  • Proven people management experience with a focus on developing team members.
