Role Summary:

The Senior Community Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's presence across various digital platforms. Collaborating closely with the product marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing our social media channels in alignment with the Global Marketing Strategy. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy, which includes content creation, posting schedules, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Draft and schedule newsletters and blog content.
  • Maintain quality assurance for content and asset management.
  • Oversee daily operations of our social media platforms, including promotional campaigns, content brainstorming, video production, and audience interaction.
  • Produce regular analytical reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the European product marketing team to ensure community initiatives are effectively communicated across regions.
  • Address localization and accessibility requirements for social media content in partnership with the Product Marketing team.
  • Manage the community marketing budget and provide justification for expenditures.
  • Engage with the existing community to gather insights on their preferences and needs for future initiatives.
  • Drive growth in social media followership and community retention.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to produce outstanding social media content.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in community management, with a preference for candidates with a background in gaming.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing tools.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for gaming and the gaming sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement.
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytical tools.
  • Ability to produce timely and accurate reports.
