Candidate Profile

Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in a Pathology laboratory setting.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a Cytology laboratory.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and data entry.
  • Experience in managing telephone inquiries.

Skills

Essential:

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Supervisory and training capabilities.
  • Competence in basic Cytopathology laboratory techniques.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with precision.

Desirable:

  • Strong keyboard skills.

Knowledge

Essential:

  • IT literacy.

Desirable:

  • Prior laboratory work experience.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • A-levels in Science and GCSEs in Mathematics and English at grade C or above.

  • BSc in Biomedical Science.
