Senior Event Manager

Develop and execute bespoke events for high-end clientele, including corporate functions, private parties, weddings, and other exclusive occasions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert guidance on event design, layout, and logistics.
Create and maintain detailed event timelines, schedules, and run sheets to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee the end-to-end operations of each event, ensuring all logistics are meticulously planned and delivered on time.
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure all aspects of service are aligned and delivered to the highest standard.
Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, florists, entertainment, and AV providers, ensuring all services meet the venue's premium standards.
Budget & Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering outstanding client experiences.
Provide accurate quotes and work within the client's budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead and motivate a small team of event staff, ensuring excellent communication and coordination across all departments.
Provide on-the-day management of events, acting as the key point of contact for both staff and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring their event experience is stress-free and exceeds expectations.
Post-event follow-up and feedback collection to ensure continual improvement of services.
Proven experience as an Event Manager in a high-end venue or hospitality setting.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
