A forward-thinking business is seeking a qualified solicitor to join their experienced legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor to gain experience and knowledge in employment law, working closely with a team of experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice on employment law to healthcare professionals, including regulatory matters, clinical negligence, and inquests.
  • Preparing documentation, responses to tribunals, bundles, witness statements, and reports.
  • Managing a caseload and collaborating with team members.
  • Managing tribunal claims.
  • Advising on changes to terms and conditions.
  • Dealing with employment law matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and whistleblowing.
  • Drafting and preparing documents as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance and providing advice to members.

Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor with some level of experience.
  • Experience in employment law is not essential, but experience of claimant work is desirable.
  • A proven track record of providing legal advice.
  • A team player who enjoys working closely with others.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to \u00a340,000.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days working from home and 1 day in the Bedfordshire office.
  • A flexible working schedule, with core hours of 9am-5pm.
