About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our client, a top hospitality operator with multiple premium concepts in Europe. As a key member of the executive management team, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing accurate and timely financial information to the executive management team
  • Manage the financial reporting and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the operational and support functions to drive business performance and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the executive management team on financial matters

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO or Finance Director role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
